About the job

As Customer Renewal Representative, you will hold an individual contributor position at Bitrise and will perform the duties customarily associated with such position, including:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls/email to make customers aware of their upcoming renewal and renewal options
  • Create and provide customer proposals and supply any related documentation and/or brochures supporting the customer proposed solution
  • Harness our sales technology stack to improve and iterate on our current processes
  • Respond to customer calls and needs with the utmost focus and urgency
  • Work with existing customers to maintain our high renewal close rate and team quota
  • Provide excellent customer satisfaction ratings

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • High empathy for customer and team needs
  • Previous experience in a start-up and/or scale-up environment
  • Curiosity - a passion for technology and learning about how products work
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced inside sales/customer service environment
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and have good time management skills
  • A self-starter, high energy and results oriented
  • Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership for the renewals process
  • Proficient English in both written and verbal format
