We are currently looking for a Rental Consultant to join our rental team in our Edmonton West location. This is a Permanent Full-time (40 hours per week) position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle rental and returns
- Advise customers on use and care of vehicles
- Performs walk around and vehicle inspection with customer
- Complete vehicle condition report and obtain customer signature
- Establish strong customer relationships by becoming familiar with the specific needs, expectations, and requirements of our rental customers
- Open and close rental agreements and complete necessary paperwork
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
- Support the Rental department by driving and cleaning vehicles as necessary
