THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently seeking a Rental Fleet Maintenance Controller is responsible for the coordination of all Rental Fleet repairs and PM Maintenance in Australia and New Zealand, throughout the Rental life cycle, from delivery into and disposal from Rental Fleet.
As a national role, this role can be based in Queensland (Wacol), New South Wales (Seven Hills/Fairfield) or Victoria (Truganina).

Responsibilities:

  • Control all PM Service events (PM Services, PM Clinics, U/C Inspections, KDPF changeouts and Field Campaigns/Recalls) in line with machine Maintenance Plans from the creation of AX Dynamics cases utilising Maintenance Planning, to ensuring events are carried out when due and providing purchase orders for completed events.
  • Review all PM Service event reports (PM Services, PM Clinics, U/C Inspections and KDPF changeouts), action defects for a quote request, supply a PO and verify repairs have been completed.
  • Ensure complete integrity of Rental Fleet maintenance cost and recovery data.
  • Control all Rental Fleet machine returns and defect repairs, ensuring appropriate cost recovery (where required) and that costs and recoveries are accounted for in the same reporting period.
  • Control all attachment repairs, ensuring appropriate cost recovery (where required) and that over capitalisation does not occur, also ensuring that costs and recoveries are accounted for in the same reporting period.
  • Regular documented review of cost and recovery performance with recommendations to resolve exceptions.
  • Hold key relationships with KAL Service and Rental Service to ensure that the above measures are achieved.
  • Provide branch level support, advice, and consultation on cost recovery issues.
  • Assist in the recovery of customer repair costs in accordance with machine return conditions.
