The role
Compliance: Adhere to company operating procedures and safety policies, ensuring work processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Case entry: Enter received cases into the company system according to prescribed formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Proofreading: Proofread and verify entered information to ensure accuracy.
Error handling: Promptly identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data entry process, ensuring the accuracy and
reliability of entered information.
Document management: Responsible for the safekeeping, handover, and management of cases to ensure their security and confidentiality.
Information retrieval: Promptly retrieve and extract entered information as needed to provide necessary support to relevant departments and
personnel.
Case transmission: Responsible for the transmission and distribution of documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with other departments or positions to complete related tasks and projects.
Knowledge update: Continuously learn and master relevant knowledge, position standards, and system operation skills to enhance one’s own work capabilities and proficiency level.
Maintaining cleanliness: Keep the work area tidy and clean to ensure a safe working environment.
