Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing data and analytical reports for the risk division, presenting said reports to senior and executive stakeholders. You will be investigating, understanding, and resolving customer complaints, and supporting front line colleagues to do the same. Including staying up to date with relevant banking regulatory, policy and process changes and supporting the business with your working knowledge of these.
