Come and join our results focussed Governance, Advisory & Analytics team within Group Operational Risk. Bring your passion about improving business performance through data and analysis to Australia’s 5th biggest retail bank and one of Australia’s most trusted brands.
Your experience in the delivery of Data Visualisation, Data Analysis and Data Migration solutions and your strengths in using SQL & SSRS (or other querying tools) and developing front-end dashboards and visualisation solutions using Power BI will ensure your success in this role.
A creative problem solver, you have the ability to think strategically and drive innovation and collaboration and can effectively communicate findings appropriate for the audience. You have a positive mindset and a proactive work ethic with the ability to adapt, flex and prioritise to deliver outcomes.
Knowledge of Operational & Compliance Risk is advantageous.
As a Reporting Analyst you’ll get to:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Use automated tools to extract and cleanse data from primary and secondary sources.
- Explore available enterprise-wide data, applying analytical and data mining techniques to uncover actionable risk insights and answer business questions.
- Develop, maintain and improve databases and data systems and set up and test various data models, dimensions and features.
- Design and deliver high performing end to end solutions for various Business Intelligence initiatives and self-service risk data insights capability, including reports, front-end dashboards and visualisations.
This is a full-time, maximum term contract available until 30 June 2025. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week based out of any of our Corporate Office locations across the country.
