They are looking for a Reporting analyst to join their team into a newly created position which has come about due to massive growth operationally and through further funding.

My client is looking for an individual with the following attributes:

  • Previous experience with Power BI.
  • Strong analytical ability and the ability to provide insights into what the reports mean to the business

Responsibilities:

As the Reporting Analyst you will be working within a team of 4 with a link to the finance team of 12. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Report Creation and Analysis: Develop and produce comprehensive reports using Power BI to analyze service contracts and key service level agreements in alignment with funders’ contractual requirements.
  • Innovative Reporting Solutions: Utilize Power BI to create dynamic and informative reports that align with funders’ requirements and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Timely Compliance: Ensure accurate and punctual submission of contractual reports, meeting funder-specific deadlines and obligations.
  • Enhanced Visibility: Generate management reports that provide a clear overview of service delivery and achievement of outcomes, improving organizational insight.
  • Process Streamlining: Improve reporting processes across contracted services to enhance efficiency and standardization.
  • Collaborative Communication: Effectively convey insights across various organizational levels, leveraging strong presentation skills.
  • Template Support: Assist teams in creating reporting templates for streamlined data entry, analysis, and monitoring.
  • Contribution to Projects: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing service delivery, offering valuable input and contributing to planning.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training, supervision of junior analysts, and project meetings to support continuous growth.
