We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Reporting & Data Analyst Intern/Working Student.

As a Reporting & Data Analyst Intern/Working Student, you will…

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering data from various sources, cleaning and interpreting it in order to understand customer feedback and pain points.
  • Reporting: Creating reports and visualizations to present the data in an understandable way.
  • Insights and Recommendations: Using the analysis to provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience.
  • Stakeholders management: Collaborating with different teams (Customer Experience coordinators at country, product and sector level, Global Customer Experience team, BD/AM Leads, Regional Customer Experience Leads, Functional Owners etc.) to implement these recommendations and monitor their impact locally.
  • Training: Onboard country and functional stakeholders onto the customer experience program sharing data insights, bringing the visibility of the voice of the customer within the DHL organization.
  • Process Improvement: Constantly seeking to improve data collection, analysis and ways of working, challenging the status quo. Support Regional / Global initiatives to further improve the customer experience journey.
  • Data Governance: Support data integrity, quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement & Change management: Continuously strive for new ways of working challenging the current processes and analysis
  • Communication & Best Practices sharing: Leverage on best practices to share within the CX community. Support top level presentations / communications e.g. Cluster CEO, BD/AM Lead, EMEA Board, etc.

Who are we looking for?

  • Curious mindset for understanding business aspects behind numerical data
  • Ability to demonstrate proactive problem-solving capabilities, eager to learn, take initiative and contribute to the team
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Cultural Awareness: understanding and respect for cultural differences and perspectives
  • Ability to work successfully in a complex, international environment with team members located in different countries and time zones
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
  • English spoken and written fluency at business level
  • Currently in university (open for all fields of study with a focus on data analytics or similar)
