Responsibilities:
- Monitor e-commerce sales performance using Shopify Reporting, Amazon Seller Central Reporting, and web analytics tools like TripleWhale/Northbeam.
- Utilize Google Sheets or Excel to create reports, pivot tables, vlookups, etc., to maintain organized information.
- Track various e-commerce metrics such as website traffic, ad spend by marketing channel, and customer reviews to evaluate business health.
- Collect Customer Service Reporting feedback and collaborate with operations to ensure task execution.
- Maintain client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
