Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensures monthly prompt collection of information from HR on actual consolidated payroll file.
- Reviews the accuracy and completeness of data received.
- Responsible for delivering high quality, accurate and timely monthly reports for actuals split by country, function, type of cost, etc.
- Responsible for delivering high quality, accurate and timely monthly reports for actuals vs forecast in multiple granularities and perspectives.
- Provide support in Finance department with queries related to headcount and employment cost.
- Provide support around identifying the variances between actuals and forecast with HR department and responsible representative from service lines.
- Provide support in implementing new tool of reporting headcount and employment costs.
- Provide support in forecasting exercises.
- Provide support in design and implementation of cost centre structure and system reports to increase efficiency and to properly reflect business changes.

- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with all stakeholders and ensure the objectives are met on time, high accuracy and in full.

Relationship
- Effective working relationships both within HR, Finance and any other members at global level involved in headcount and employment tracking.
- Given that only the major responsibilities are stipulated in the above paragraphs, the incumbent has the obligation to fulfil any other responsibilities entrusted to him/her by the higher hierarchical levels.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a global FMCG company or in a similar dynamic environment in automation developments.
- A financial background with a professional accountancy qualification, relevant university degree.
- Practical experience in applying this finance knowledge in business projects & change process implementations as well as managing financial results.
- Analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the Finance function.
Functional working understanding of
- Good understanding of BAT group systems.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Understand the impact of the accounting process and practice.
- Understand and apply relevant financial skills and knowledge.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Batchelor degree in Finance

- Must be self-motivated, meet high professional standards and be able to focus on the levels of service offered to internal higher stakeholders.
- Business Partnering skills - ability to develop good working relationship with key stakeholders.
Organisational Skills

Responsibilities:

This role is operationally responsible for supporting Finance reporting processes. Will be a supporting global GBS role for consolidation, budgeting and reporting of headcount and employment cost and various analysis on this part.
Supports with data outputs, monthly actuals reporting, ad-hoc requests and analysis.
