QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communication, Information Systems, Risk & Compliance, Quality Management or Recognition of prior learning
- Continuous process improvement methodology (advantageous)
- Project Management (advantageous)
EXPERIENCE
- 5 Years in a Operational Management role
- 2 Years experience in Data analysis or Reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint
- Experience in Medical Scheme Administration or Managed Care (Health Risk Management)
Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
The sucessful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of operational reports to demonstrate operational/business value. This will be completed through the coordination, collation, review and submission of operational reports, dashboards and scorecards at an Executive, Management and Client level in line with user, client requirements and in accordance with service level agreements (SLA’s), industry standards and best practice. In addition, the person will manage the delivery of stakeholder’s reporting requirements from requirements gathering to packaging of operational insights, and enable the pro-active management of operational SLA’s through the implementation and execution of monitoring and compliance processes and tools.
