Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE DONE BEFORE:

Baseline

  • NQF level 7 (Degree in Finance)
  • 5 years of experience in role within Finance function
  • Analytical experience with strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience in creating and running excel models.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Analyse and report on quantitative & qualitative measures and key performance for the FSSC
  • Objectively test & review the control environment within the FSSC
  • Assist with identification & implementation of improvement initiatives within the FSSC
  • Manage the charge back model and report internal control weaknesses to the Finance Shared Services
  • Develop a deep understanding of the drivers of key performance areas for the FSSC,
  • Manage performance through the analysis of trends within the FSSC in order to improve quality and customer services and to deliver on identified objectives and initiatives
  • Provide analytical findings & recommendations relating to performance tracking measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting
  • Prepare monthly management report and develop analytical dashboards for measuring and tracking FSSC performance. across all the Group
  • Business planning and forecasting for the department
  • Calculate charges to the various departments for department
  • Monitor and test financial and process controls and policies
