REPRÉSENTANT PRINCIPAL DU SERVICE - DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

• Le Représentant du Service/Officier Principal fera partie de la LOB de traitement des paiements, se concentrant sur la réparation et le traitement des paiements électroniques entrants provenant d’entités mondiales.
• Le rôle est crucial pour assurer la précision et l’efficacité des paiements par fil, la conversion des devises, et le maintien d’un flux de travail productif au sein de l’équipe
• Le titulaire travaillera sur le traitement électronique et la réparation des paiements entrants, en s’assurant qu’ils sont acheminés correctement et traités jusqu’à l’entité correcte sans erreurs
• Réparation des paiements par fil
• Traitement des paiements par fil sans erreurs
• Conversion des paiements reçus dans la bonne devise
• Maintien de la vitesse et de la précision dans la file d’attente des demandes

• The Service Representative/Senior Officer will be part of the Payments Processing LOB, focusing on repairing and processing incoming electronic payments from global entities
• The role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of wire payments, converting currencies, and maintaining a productive workflow within the team
• The incumbent will work on the electronic processing and repair of incoming payments, ensuring they are routed correctly and processed through to the correct entity without errors
• Repairing wire payments
• Processing wire payments without errors
• Converting received payments into the correct currency

• Maintaining speed and accuracy in the request queue

  Senior Service Representative - Mandatory Skills

• Typing speed of at least 50 words/minute (please test and provide results)

• Typing accuracy
• Bilingualism is an asset
• Knowledge of general geography and currencies

Senior Service Representative - Preferred Skills

• Previous financial teller experience
• Previous service representative experience in banking
• Solid knowledge of global geography and currency
• Post-secondary degree highly preferred
