Location: Trois-Rivières • 8800 Blvd Parent, Trois-Rivières, QC, G9A 5E1
Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible daytime schedule
Vacation: 3 weeks per year or more
Leave: Up to 5 mobile and 3 sick days

JOB SUMMARY:

The service and technical support representative is committed to offering high quality after-sales customer service. The ideal person for this position knows the technical aspects related to robotics and is also motivated by helping and supporting customers having problems with their AGT Robotics’ machines. Because AGT customers are present worldwide, you’ll exchange with customers all over the world to contribute to the success and reputation of AGT Robotics Inc. You must know how to adapt to different types of customers by being an active and proactive listener.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT AFTER :

  • Essential French and English bilingualism orally and in writing to communicate with various international partners.
  • Advance knowledge of Spanish in addition would be a great advantage.
  • Professional and technical experience in similar position.
  • Technical experience in robotics, or any other related field.
  • Ability to understand and explain clearly technological concepts.
  • Great analytical capacity and problems solving.
  • Able to work independently and/or in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond professionally by telephone and email for internal and external customers technical support requests.
  • Analyze and resolve issues raised with the help of our expert team.
  • Record and analyze requests for technical service information and identify emerging trends and issues.Rigorously follow up on requests and tickets and complete reports with the necessary documentation.
