Position Summary Maintain communication with the customer (Mad Engine) regarding orders and keep Internal track in the process of the same. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review, analyze and respond to emails addressed to the accounts assign to you. Enter orders assign to you to the WIP. Respond to emails when an order is received with estimated receipt dates of components. Update the WIP according to production reports, system or any corresponding information to the accounts assign to you. Make a list of priorities for the Arts department. (File shared in Excel) Make priorities list for the printing department (PS) and send it by mail to Lupita Cantu. Analyze priorities in the PS Guide and mark them. (7:30 am/4:30pm) General follow-up with all production departments so that each order confirmed is sent in a timely manner. Enter new orders to the online system and update any changes in orders. Other duties assigned as needed.
Experiencia y requisitos
Minimum Qualifications Associates or bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred or equivalent related production experience. Apparel industry or related field preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent analytical skills. Time management experience managing multiple tasks is required. Working conditions Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Office with open floor plan Business casual office attire Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building. The ideal candidate will be able to independently, and within a team environment, handle moderately complex production responsibilities and have a solid understanding of the factors driving supply chain and product costs, and alternatives to reduce cost. They must be able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and production schedules. This individual will be proactive, resourceful, and is driven by a high sense of urgency.
