Description:
Laboratory conditions are ideal for developing high-efficiency fertilizer products, but they don’t show us how these products work in real life conditions. That’s where the NCRS comes in.
THE KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a Research Agronomist OR Field Agronomist position
- Possess a Bachelors degree in a Crop and Soil based degree program. A Masters Degree will increase application competitiveness
- A Strong Agronomy background. This includes soil and tissue testing, a thorough understanding of plant maturity, fertility and advanced agronomic concepts
- Previous experience setting trial protocols, performing data collection, data analysis and interpretation
- Row Crop Experience
