We are urgently looking for Research Analysts who produce timely client reports that meet quality standards by conducting research and applying this to reports efficiently. The Research Analyst is working closely with team leads and other Research Analysts to ensure that all client requirements are met

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Ensures that reports are consistently in compliance with agreed quality standards; where reports are written in their native language, analysts should be capable of self-QC. Ensures comprehensive coverage of data based on client requirements.
• Keeps abreast of developments in assigned accounts and their related concerns in order to correctly align reports. Keeps abreast of changes and updates in account briefs in coordination with team leads to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page.
• Ensures correct sending of reports to rightful recipients, complying with confidentiality requirements (if applicable)
• Constantly reviews feedback from clients and team leads and applies recommendations to improve report quality. Participates in training sessions to continually sustain or improve levels of report production skills.
• Consistently meets internal deadlines and client deadlines for reports. Proactively ensures that measures are in place to avoid all preventable delays in report production.
• Constantly finds better methods to cover data required in shorter production time and shares such best practices with team leads and the team. Gives suggestions to team leads for the improvement of workflow/work process.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must be College Graduates with a Bachelor of Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcast Communication, Communication Research, English, or any related courses.
• Has 2 years or more of working experience in research and knowledge of socio-political-economic current events or industry assignments.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Has excellent reading comprehension, writing, and editing skills in Business English.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), G-Suite, and other analysis tools.
• Candidate must have at least 50-100 Mbps internet connection and with backup internet connection.
• Candidates must have at least Windows 10 or 11, Intel Core i5 or i7, AMD Ryzen 5 or 7, Microsoft Applications legally, and 8GB to 24GB RAM
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Can work in a shifting schedule.
• Working Schedules:
• Saturdays and SG holidays: 5 am-7:30 am; Sundays to Mondays: 4 am to 7:30 am
• Saturdays to Sundays and SG holidays: 5 am to 7:30 am
• Saturdays to Sundays and SG holidays: 5:15 am to 7:15 am; Sunday: 4 pm to 6 pm
• Permanent Part-time Positions: 3
• Permanent Working from home setup
• Can start as soon as possible.
