Job Description

An exciting 1 year placement opportunity has become available to join the Cargo division and work alongside the Director of Government and Humanitarian Services as a Research Assistant. The duties will include but are not limited too:

  • Researching United Nation divisions and international non-governmental organisations (NGOs)
  • Organising information into clearly formatted documents that can be accessed by our brokers worldwide
  • Accurately entering information into our CRM system
  • Liaising with brokers to track the progress made on new contacts
  • Assisting brokers with administration when registering ACS as a vendor
  • Any other ad hoc administration tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The successful candidate must currently be studying & working towards a degree, ideally in: Politics, Economics, Geography, HR, History & Law
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when inputting data
  • Ability to research and analyse large amounts of data and information
  • Confident knowledge of excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the job location
