Job Description
An exciting 1 year placement opportunity has become available to join the Cargo division and work alongside the Director of Government and Humanitarian Services as a Research Assistant. The duties will include but are not limited too:
- Researching United Nation divisions and international non-governmental organisations (NGOs)
- Organising information into clearly formatted documents that can be accessed by our brokers worldwide
- Accurately entering information into our CRM system
- Liaising with brokers to track the progress made on new contacts
- Assisting brokers with administration when registering ACS as a vendor
- Any other ad hoc administration tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- The successful candidate must currently be studying & working towards a degree, ideally in: Politics, Economics, Geography, HR, History & Law
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when inputting data
- Ability to research and analyse large amounts of data and information
- Confident knowledge of excel
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must live within a commutable distance to the job location
