Responsibilities:
This role will work in collaboration with GEAR UP (Gender Equity within Antimicrobial Resistance) partners in Bangladesh, Kenya, Ghana, Nepal and Zimbabwe to support empirical research into gender and intersectional inequities within AMR and strengthen the capacity of the Fleming Fund’s broader country grantees across (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nepal, Indonesia, Zimbabwe, Zambia & others) in gender analysis, surveillance, and monitoring. Primarily, the successful candidate will support technical assistance for gender and intersectional inequities in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) across the Fleming Fund’s portfolio of country grantees. Your work will help inform policies and interventions that promote gender equity and combat antimicrobial resistance on a global scale.
