OUR PROFILE

The Lab for Developmental Psychology and Research Methods investigates processes of change in behavior and experience across the human lifespan. In addition to empirical work, which is based on the collection and analysis of intensive longitudinal data (e.g., ambulatory assessments, experience sampling), a second research focus is the development of statistical models for the analysis of (intensive) longitudinal data using simulation studies.
In the project Reliability of Intensive Longitudinal Data, different research approaches (meta-analyses, simulation studies, secondary data analyses, experience sampling studies) are used to compare different estimators of the reliability of experience sampling data. More information on this project can be found here: https://www.psych.rwth-aachen.de/cms/psy/~bhkmjr/rilda/?lidx=1
This project is affiliated with the DFG infrastructure priority program New Data Spaces for the Social Sciences (https://www.new-data-spaces.de/en-us/). Close collaboration with other subprojects of this priority program is explicitly desired.
For this project we are looking for a postdoctoral research assistant/associate (f/m/d) from October 1 2024. An earlier start is possible by arrangement.
Please submit your application documents (cover letter, CV, degrees / transcripts, and any other attachments) combined in one pdf file.
