Description:
The primary focus of this position will be assisting with a multi-year, quantitative, and qualitative program evaluation of the effectiveness of VHV at California state prisons. For the VHV project, responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a database to track study participation and study records, regularly communicating with the California-based study staff to facilitate the transfer of data from BU to VA Boston, communicating with and drafting documents for the regulatory bodies associated with this research project, and eventually assisting with data analysis and interpretation. Outside of the VHV project, responsibilities include assisting Dr. Litz and the postdoctoral associates in his lab with various research functions, including data management and organization, grant administration, literature reviews, and administrative tasks in support of lab projects.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree; Field of degree - Psychology; Work Experience - 1-3 years.
