Seeking two undergraduate research assistants to work for approximately 400 hours over the course of the summer conducting research on topics related to health law and criminal justice, including topics such as third party reproduction, police and prosecutorial discretion, and homelessness in the criminal law, and federalism.
Qualifications Required :Completed 1L at McGill Law


Description du poste : Nous recherchons deux assistants de recherche de premier cycle qui travailleront environ 400 heures au cours de l’été pour effectuer des recherches sur des sujets liés au droit de la santé et à la justice pénale, y compris des sujets tels que la reproduction par un tiers, le pouvoir discrétionnaire de la police et des procureurs, l’itinérance dans le droit pénal et le fédéralisme.
