We are currently hiring for a position of Research Associate in our Bio-Analysis Team in Ghent (M/F):

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in developing, optimizing and qualifying pharmacokinetic assays to analyze the pharmacokinetic properties of our molecules.
  • Develop assays for the characterization of our molecules such as cell based assays, surface plasmon resonance (SPR), FACS, ELISA, etc.
  • Analyze and interpret your own research data and create reports using established software tools and systems
  • Provide high-quality data on time and report results within electronic lab notebook
  • Handle multiple projects in parallel with overlapping deadlines
  • Communicate/present your experimental progress to line management and/or project teams
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and interact effectively with your direct collaborators
