Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a BBSRC Prosperity Partnership programme of research with Boots and No7 Beauty Company to investigate variation in skin biology - with a focus on ageing - across the full range of skin pigmentation. Through human volunteer studies and analysis of skin using immunostaining and molecular techniques, the project will identify age-related cutaneous changes across the full range of skin pigmentation with a particular focus on protection from oxidative stress.
You will join a vibrant research environment in the Centre for Dermatology Research under the supervision of Dr Abigail Langton and Dr Mark Farrar.
