We are looking to recruit a Research Associate on a 6 month fixed term contract to analyse data and write reports and papers arising from the Behaviour in Teams (BiT) project. The project ran from 2015 to 2021, and examined how live-coding of behaviours in team meetings and giving feedback to team members could improve the effectiveness of team working and training to work in team settings.

It will also include the writing of reports on the analysis, and the opportunity to contribute to peer-reviewed papers. Data analysis to be conducted includes multilevel and longitudinal analysis, and extraction and analysis of sequences of behaviours from within meetings using the R package traminer. The role will be predominantly desk-based, but will also require meetings with the principal investigator, with a team in Computer Science who are working with the same data from different perspectives, and occasionally with the funders.
