As a Senior HR Analytics Data Scientist, you’ll be pivotal in leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from HR data, driving strategic decision-making to optimize talent management strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead the development of predictive models, conduct thorough data analysis, and spearhead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze HR data, uncovering trends, patterns, and correlations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast workforce trends, anticipate attrition risks, and identify emerging talent needs.
  • Partner with HR senior leaders to define key metrics and KPIs, establishing benchmarks for measuring HR performance and effectiveness.
  • Interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively through compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations.
  • Demonstrate business acumen by understanding organizational goals and translating HR data insights into actionable recommendations for driving business success.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills by effectively managing projects from conception to implementation, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, continually evaluating and adopting cutting-edge HR analytics technology and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience, Master’s degree and 6 years of experience, or PhD and 1 year of experience. A degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Human Resources experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL, with experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Preference for candidates with Qualtrics experience or API proficiency.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making.
  • Skill in ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to data governance policies.

Hiring Salary Range: 140,000-173,00
