Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the food and beverages industry)
- Strong knowledge of surface chemistry, food science, or process engineering.
- Proven track record of developing successful products and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and chemical analysis software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
DUTIES:
- Conduct research to develop new formulations and processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Improve existing products and processes to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality control to implement new processes and products.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemistry and related fields.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in scaling up laboratory processes to full production scale.
- Conduct stability and performance testing of new and existing products.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to chemical processes and products.
