BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Proactive and responsible overall in developing new client relationships.
• Driving and creating business development initiatives
• Taking overall ownership and working extensively with others on proposal/pitching process, including design & pricing of research, solution for new clients
• Supporting cross selling between departments
  Taking ownership of development and maintenance of marketing materials and for marketing Ipsos externally

PEOPLE AND SELF MANAGEMENT

• Leading others by example in implementing Ipsos strategy and corporate objectives
• Contributing to the overall management of the company (as required).
• Inspiring teams and setting direction
• Encouraging innovation and implementation of solutions in order to increase the efficiency of the team
• Taking overall responsibility and ownership of team efficiency
• Promoting and sharing of knowledge and development of job skills in others via: Creating and driving knowledge transfer initiatives, General trainings, Providing on-the-job coaching, Giving constructive feedback (directly or via line managers); Delegating effectively, Empowering / providing support as necessary, Effective line management and Effective team management Treating others with respect at all times
• Proactively seeking out opportunities for own self-development, via informal and formal learning events (e.g.: establishing a mentor relationship, attending training courses etc )

• Taking overall responsibility and ownership of long term team development
  Advanced technical skill and knowledge on all related business unit focus, and specialist in at least two-three areas of expertise
