We are seeking Research Engineers specializing in Backend engineering to join Mad Labs, Madhive’s research and development organization. Our goal is to build software like it’s 2035. We work on hard problems in adtech as part of a fast-paced small team. These prototypes serve as a model for the industry and are also used by other departments at Madhive.

• Develop solution hypotheses to novel problems in adtech, typically working on several problems at once
• Build and iterate prototypes that (in)validate those hypotheses;
• Report to management on progress, successes achieved, and learnings from failures
• Present successful prototypes to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams at Madhive.
• You’ll contribute as part of a small team to create novel, inventive, or revolutionary adtech prototypes that are ML-forward, UX-elegant, and data-performant using the following tools:
