Description:

The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) is inviting applications for the position of Research Fellow
The Research Fellow will work on a project to conduct the research on development of distributed security control algorithms for complex and nonlinear cyber-physical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced research in the field of automatic control and security control of nonlinear cyber-physical systems.
  • Develop and implement novel control strategies for nonlinear cyber-physical systems.
  • Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at leading conferences.
  • Contribute to the preparation of research proposals and project reports.

Job Requirements:

  • PhD in Mechanical and Automation Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Strong expertise in automatic control and nonlinear systems control.
  • A high level of self-motivation and the ability to take initiative independently.
  • A strong publication track record in relevant fields is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basics of programming languages such as C, C++ and Python.
  • Proficiency in English.
