RESEARCH FELLOW (CHINA PROGRAMME)

The S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), a Graduate School of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), is a leading research-intensive and teaching institution in strategic and international affairs and policy-oriented think tank in the Asia-Pacific region.
RSIS invites applications for the position of Research Fellow in the China Programme. The successful applicant should have a research focus in one or more of the following areas: security dimension of China’s strategic thinking and behaviour in the Indo-Pacific, Cross-Taiwan Strait relations, China’s S&T policy and Military-Civil fusion, and China’s role in global governance. He/She is also expected to contribute to the School’s multi-disciplinary research agenda, contribute to team research and policy-oriented projects, and organise conferences and seminars.

The successful candidate should:

• Possess a PhD in a relevant field, or have relevant working experience; and
• Possess good writing and research skills with an aptitude and interest for in-depth research in the relevant field.
