Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for developing and delivering research and insights to report back to the business with a focus on actionable strategies to enhance business performance. The strategic recommendations must align to the Strategic Plan and the key areas of focus for the Sales, Digital and Marketing departments.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following. Others may also be assigned.

  • Managing research projects (qualitative and quantitative) in conjunction with an agency from Request of Proposal to debrief ensuring business objectives are met
  • Creating questionnaires for internal research projects that meet the business objectives
  • Translating research, analysis & insights into reports that have actionable strategies to solve business problems and influence business strategy
  • Segmenting data based on member needs and developing strategies to enhance business activity
  • Actively researching and understanding the financial markets, consumer trends and other insights that may impact business activities.
  • Reading Insights & Analytics reports and identifying any gaps or opportunity that add value.
  • Proactively identifying and highlighting trends that can be used to optimise member experience, member value and effective marketing.
  • Working with a large volume and variability of data to understand meaningful trends and important outliers, and suggest appropriate courses of action.
  • Connecting and building strong relationships with key business stakeholders, leaders, external consultants and other Sales and Marketing teams to effectively deliver market and customer insights.
  • Presenting end users with insights and recommendations on how they can be utilised to drive value to the business.
