Description:

Driven Properties is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Research Manager to lead our market research efforts. The Research Manager will oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to the real estate market to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in data analysis, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in data handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the market research team to gather comprehensive data on the Dubai real estate market, including property prices, rental trends, market demand, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of research activities.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate research findings, market trends, and actionable recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate economic indicators, regulatory changes, and other external factors that impact the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to provide data-driven insights that support their initiatives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Develop a content strategy focused on exploring high-impact trending and forward-looking real estate trends.
  • Publish a wide range of relevant and innovative thought leadership papers and articles, including macroeconomic insight, both across MENA and globally.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market developments, and best practices in real estate market research.
  • Mentor and train junior researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
