We are looking for an energetic & scrupulous Research Methodologist, Clinical Survey who will specialize in clinical survey design and analysis to join our Vancouver team! Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Healthcare and Technology, allowing them to take ownership of all the aspects of research paper writing. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design and develop surveys for clinical trial and analytics purposes, ensuring alignment with research objectives and data collection requirements
• Support the development and publication of research findings related to clinical surveys
• Implement survey methodologies, including sampling strategies, question design, and data collection protocols
• Conduct pilot testing and validation of surveys to ensure reliability, validity, and respondent comprehension
• Analyze survey data using biostatistical methods and tools to derive actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and data analysts, to integrate survey findings into research reports and project outcomes
• Ensure accurate labeling and categorization of survey data for ease of analysis and reporting
• Understand the medical conditions and pathologies to design effective and relevant surveys tailored to specific research needs
• Contribute to Quality Improvement (QI) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes within survey design and implementation
