An exciting opportunity has risen in the Breastcare Research department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, willing to learn fast and on their feet, energetic and flexible nurse/AHP to help coordinate and support the delivery of a large breast cancer screening study called:

Attending clinics ( off site) and recruitment of patients into the trial
Phone calls required to screen patients and offer trial (possibility to work from home)
Consent all patients either face-to-face or over the phone directing to e-consent.
Work together with the clinical teams and other research nurses to conduct the trial together at the highest standard.
Performs all visits, observations, and interventions with the participants in accordance with the procedures and schedule of the study protocol.
Ensure appropriate trial information and data is contained in patient’s hospital notes if appropriate
Provides and receives complex information in the process of explaining study involvement and obtaining informed consent. Discussion of alternative treatment, benefit and harm
Maintain Investigator Site File(s) and complete Case Report File / eCRF with a high degree of accuracy
With the support of appropriate staff undertakes the management of the research related aspects of care of a group of study participants over the period of the study, which includes:
The assessment of patients/volunteers for eligibility for research and monitoring their condition throughout their participation.
Recruitment, follow up and data entry for all patients during the period of the trial.
