Responsibilities:
- Establishment of information channels and organization and coordination of the central operations and events of the collaborative programs.
- Development and implementation of the outreach action plan (website, social media and online presence) in cooperation with scientist and communication officers of partner institutions
- Supporting the organization of the Qualification and Mentoring program for early career scientists
- Planning of events (workshops and conferences) with support of scientific organizers and Event Managers
- Coordination and elaboration of intermediate and final report as well as the writing of the renewal proposal
- Coordination of information and reporting between scientific and administrative program partners and the funding agencies
- Monitoring finances (supported by INM Administration)
