We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our dynamic research team at Dr Li Qi-Jing lab. Our lab focuses on Translational T Cell Biology and Therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities
Experimental Design and Execution: Plan and execute experiments to carry out in vitro validations and in vivo assessments to find targets for TCR-T therapy and evaluate their efficacy.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret research data generated from experiments. Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools to derive meaningful conclusions and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with other lab members, including graduate students and faculty, to exchange knowledge, share research findings and contribute to a vibrant scientific community.
Publication and Communication: Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and contribute to writing research grants. Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and other scientific forums to disseminate knowledge within the scientific community.
Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior lab members, including graduate students and research assistants, as needed.

Job Requirements

• PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetic or a related discipline. Candidates with an oncology or cancer biology background (M.D., Ph.D.) will be preferred.
• Strong expertise in cell biology, biochemistry and molecular biology techniques, a solid publication record, and strong scientific writing skills.
• Creative, highly motivated, conscientious and be able to work independently, with good organisational, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Work effectively and harmoniously in a diverse team.
• Mentor and train students and Research Officers.
