GenesisCare now has a great opportunity for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the role of Research Submission & Feasibility Assistant.
This full-time role, working remotely is responsible to support feasibility and research submission activities whilst also providing general administrative activities for the Research and Development Team.
Your ability to develop strong working relationships with Research Operations Manager, Clinical Research State Leads, project managers and subcommittee members will be critical to your success in this role.

More specifically, you will:

  • Act as the primary contact for sponsors for feasibility questionnaires and site identification.
  • Review and arrange execution of NDAs/CDAs as required.
  • Work with the Research Operations Manager and Clinical Research State Leads to ensure completion of and submission of feasibility questionnaires within required timelines.
  • Assist with the preparation of research project packs and submit to Research Subcommittees for review.
  • Facilitate sign off of projects approved by Research Subcommittees and handover to the relevant GC research team members.
  • Provide support for organising Research Subcommittee meetings and related activities where required.
  • Track progress NDAs/CDAs, feasibilities and research subcommittee using required registers/trackers.
  • Utilise and maintain site capabilities register as appropriate.
  • Maintain Publications and Grants register.
  • Maintain required filing systems for research.
  • Assist with other day to day administrative activities required by the Research.
  • Development or wider Research Team

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Experience in office administration
  • Intermediate understanding of medical terminology
  • Highly proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an effective, pro-active and co-operative manner.
  • High level of initiative and flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience/knowledge of clinical research is desirable but not essential.
