Position Purpose Statement

  • To conduct verification on documentation submitted by candidate / client as per guidelines.

The nature, scope and tasks of this position

  • Commence all verifications accurately and within required time frame as per Sterling guideline.
  • Managing missing and additional information in accordance with Sterling operations procedures
  • Update verification record / progress in the operations logs at real time.
  • Identify potential delays/ issues that are likely to impact turnaround times
  • Update client case manager on any candidate “Alerts”
  • Other duties as assigned by manager and leadership of Sterling

Required Skills/Related Knowledge & Experience

  • English proficiency is a must (written and communication)
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy - Microsoft Office
  • Ability to keep track of work
  • Quality orientation and documentation skills is a must
