As a Researcher, Talent Acquisition, you will gain hands-on experience conducting market and competitive research, learning about the various functions of a company including engineering, product, design, how they operate, and how to identify top talent in each of those functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will resemble that of an intelligence officer, conducting “detective work” to uncover critical market intel and help us identify the best candidates. This role requires critical thinking, attention to detail, and tenacity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or enrolled in your last year of university), ideally with an analytical/research component
- Any internship, co-op or summer work experience is an asset
