Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the development of innovative strategies to achieve corporate objectives by providing information on our customers’ needs through optimal research methods.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate research results into actionable information. May provide organizational and administrative support to the Design Research team.
  • May participate in the planning, organization and coordination of events.
  • Promote design-inspired initiatives to reinforce and create a customer-centric dynamic throughout the organization.
  • Participate in the development of compelling stories and visuals to communicate ideas, engage stakeholders and inspire teams.
  • Help organize qualitative user research and ethnographic studies: interviews, usability tests, diary studies, A/B testing, focus group moderation, situational observation, interviews, workshops and various forms of prototype evaluation, etc.
