Job Description

SUMMARY OF THE JOB

As a key member of the Veolia Water Technology and Solutions technology team, you will
work with stack, membrane and application developers in our product development, to
perform validation and new product introduction testing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field. Extensive experience
  • in water treatment, testing and/or working in a lab environment could be substituted
  • for a degree.
  • 1-3 years Water treatment or water chemistry experience
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken, to communicate technical information to
  • team and upper management
  • Familiar with plumbing and electrical equipment
  • Self motivated worker, both independently and as part of a team
  • Hands-on skills
  • Good problem solver

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing/implementing special tests relating to product validation
  • Setup & conduct routine tests in the R&D Lab
  • Summarize findings and report back information to lead engineers
  • Support improvement of in-house material screening processes / tools
  • Collect water samples and conduct analytical tests
  • Support technology staff to resolve technical issues in manufacturing.
  • Instrument calibration and maintenance
