Reservation Agent

We are currently looking for a talented Hotel Reservation Agent to join our growing team.
As a Hotel Reservation Agent you will be responsible for taking calls, confirming reservations and processing bookings to the standards required, as well as dealing with guest requests in a timely manner.
You should be capable of working on your own initiative, be able to work within a team and be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. Experience in front office systems e.g. Hotsoft and Avvio is an advantage.
This office based position is full time with flexible working hours including weekends. Shifts range from 8.30am to 5pm and 10.30am to 7pm.
