Description:
JOB INFORMATION
Provide information to customers about hotel units;
Sale of the product/service adapted to the customer’s needs;
Daily rectification of reservation lists and validation of them;
Administrative functions inherent to the position;
Telephone customer service;
Email processing;
Reservations Management;
Promote Upselling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the hotel sector (Preferred Factor);
- Good diction and communication and negotiation skills (Preferential Factor);
- Commercial appetite and results orientation;
- Spoken and written command of English (Eliminatory Factor);
- Other languages will be valued;
- Ability to work under pressure and resistance to stress;
