Description:
RESERVATIONS MANAGEMENT:
Oversee the hotel’s reservation system to optimize occupancy levels and revenue
Manage all reservation inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about room availability, rates, and promotions.
Implement effective strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy through strategic pricing and inventory management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotions and packages to drive bookings.
Monitor and analyse reservation trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
