REQUIREMENTS:

• Daily use of Opera system
• Display excellent Customer Care Skills and responds quickly and proactively to guest queries and concerns
• Manage all the systems involved in the sale of rooms.
• Effectively manage time ensuring the completion of all pre-set tasks daily.
• Project a pleasant, positive and professional image to all contacts at all times.
• To ensure that all reservations queries are dealt with in a professional manner and are answered within the required time frame.
• To ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of your department product and goals, in addition to being aware of the total Resort facilities.
• To ensure that you maximise yield through occupancy and rate.
• To liaise with reception to resolve any queries from guest billing.
• To process no shows on a daily basis ensuring that this revenue is recorded and captured.
• To compile and circulate the daily pickup report.
• To liaise with the Sales and Events Department to ensure that Resort revenue is always maximised.
• To ensure that all reservations backup is filed and kept in a neat, organised manner and is copied to all relevant department.
