Resident Electrical/Multi skilled Engineer

Wates Group are looking for a skilled Electrical CompEx Resident Engineer to join our team at our client’s facilities in Sevenoaks, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, where people have a passion for their work and product.

As our Resident/Multi Skilled Engineer you will:

• Successfully work in a fast paced, highly dynamic, and constantly demanding environment
• Work to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes
• Have Electrical Engineering qualification discipline 18th Edition & CompEx qualification
• Be proactive, collaborative, and organised

• Undertake PPM in line with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and systems.
• Operate the Building Management System and alter temperature settings to maintain optimum temperatures in the working space
• Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation. associated with the mechanical aspects of the PPM and plant.
• Respond in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues.
  This role will require the candidate to hold SC clearance and we are happy to source if not already held.
