Resident Engineer - Civil

RESIDENT ENGINEER - CIVIL required urgently for a reputed Group for their property development company:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Civil or a related field. Professional certification or licensure is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in resident engineering roles, with a focus on industrial projects within the UAE.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to industrial projects in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders and project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with relevant industry tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices in project execution.
• Valid UAE License preferred.
