REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in power systems engineering, with specific experience in gensets (2.5 – 5 MVA) and frequency converters.
• Certified Resident Engineer (RE) with accreditation from the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or other relevant bodies.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and inspect the installation, testing, and commissioning of gensets (2.5 – 5 MVA) and frequency converters on-site.
• Review and interpret project plans, electrical diagrams, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with project managers, electrical engineers, and contractors to address and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports on work progress, compliance, and any deviations from the plans.
• Ensure all electrical installation activities comply with relevant local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all site activities, inspections, and incidents.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team, ensuring best practices are followed.
