Description:

Base pay: £35,000
Junior level as per our Career Development Framework.
Bonus: Up to 10% based on company performance.
EMI Share Options: £10,000
We’ve calculated this compensation in line with our Benchmarking Philosophy.
Reporting to: Events Manager (Marketing)
Location: This is a field-based role, with a mix of remote working, customer travel, as well as limited company and head office gatherings.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Resident Liaison Executive is an exciting new role within the Switchee marketing team, and you will play a pivotal role in delivering our events engagement strategy. Over the past 12 months Switchee’s Trusted Installer Network (STIN) has gone from strength to strength; unlocking the supply chain to install Switchee at scale. With large-scale projects being deployed across the UK, there is a need to ensure our installer network is trained, upskilled and equipped to maintain high quality installations. Furthermore, in order for us to be successful in our mission, to improve the quality of life for people living in rented homes, we must ensure all residents who will use the device on a daily basis are engaged and educated about the product(s) being installed to ensure they realise the benefits of Switchee.
To drive this, Switchee has committed to invest in training and engagement assets that will be ready for deployment this summer. This role will see you set up and deliver a diverse outreach programme that will engage Housing Providers, our installer network and social housing residents. You will be expected to regularly on-the-ground managing the outreach events, talking to and engaging with residents. You will have the ability to grow and develop impactful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive advocacy with the Switchee brand at all levels.
You’ll be an integral part of the marketing team, reporting to the Events Manager and working closely with our Commercial, Customer Success and Operations teams. You will also engage with various external companies and partners to create impactful and well-attended outreach events.

THE ROLE:

  • Delivery of a series of outreach events for residents, customers and our installer network (including logistics, communications, on-the-ground management and post-event evaluation)
  • Own, manage and develop the internal request process for outreach initiatives involving the Switchee van
  • Own the relationship with our external agency to ensure delivery of outreach initiatives including but not limited to; Switchee Van, event collateral and additional branding
  • Grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all outreach initiatives are fully staffed and are driving impact and engagement with residents, customers and installers.
  • Create resident outreach communications plans, including invite emails, follow ups and post event surveys alongside the digital marketing team
  • Bring creative ideas to the table to drive engagement with these eventsThis role will require you to be on site delivering initiatives on average four days per month, these days may be consecutive and may be at short notice.
